FinStudyHub ("we") runs finstudyhub.com and icwim.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else handles it. We keep it short because we collect very little. Questions or requests: hello@finstudyhub.com.
If you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address, the exam you're interested in, the page you signed up on, and (from the study plan) your exam date if you've set one.
Payments are handled by Gumroad on checkout.finstudyhub.com. We never see your card details. Gumroad shares your name, email and order details with us so we can give you access and answer support requests. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what it does with your data.
When you enter a licence key, it's sent to our server and checked with Gumroad. We don't keep it on our servers. Your access status and your practice progress (answers, scores, missed questions, exam date, study-plan ticks) are saved in your browser on your own device. They aren't sent to us (apart from your exam date, if you sign up for emails from the study plan). That's also why you re-enter your key on a new device.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Our sites are hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and keep them secure.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Gumroad's checkout pages may set their own cookies.
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and follow up.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@finstudyhub.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
