The two exams the UAE regulator requires of a compliance head. Full UAE FRR + full CFC. 904 questions, 15 chapter walkthroughs, 2 cram sheets, one Gumroad license unlocks both courses. £79 (save £19 vs buying separately).
This isn't a bundle we invented. It's the pair the regulator names.
The UAE's Qualifications-Led Licensing Regime chart, published by the Securities & Commodities Authority's Professional Training & Examinations Centre, sets out the exams required for each approved job function. For both Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance it lists exactly two:
That's the whole requirement for the role. FRR gives you the UAE rulebook — licensing, market conduct, AML/CFT, client money, the DFM. CFC gives you the financial-crime depth, including the UAE's Federal Decree-Law 20/2018 and the 2022–2024 grey-list episode.
| UAE FRR | CFC | Bundle total | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Practice questions | 680 | 224 | 904 |
| Chapter walkthroughs | 8 | 7 | 15 |
| Cram sheets | 1 | 1 | 2 |
| Audio narrations | 148 | 149 | 297 |
| Real exam format | 100 Qs / 2 h | 50 Qs / 1 h | Mock matches each |
| Quiz modes | 5 | 5 | 5 per course |
| License unlocks | FRR only | CFC only | Both — one key |

UAE FRR + CFC for £79 — £19 less than buying them separately.
This is your exact requirement — both exams the regulator's chart names for the function, and nothing you don't need. A compliance head is a mandatory approved role in every licence category, so this applies whether your firm deals in securities, deals in investments, holds custody, rates credit, or arranges and advises.
If you're a compliance analyst or KYC/AML officer heading for an approved-function appointment, these are the two papers that will be asked for. Doing them in advance of the appointment removes the usual bottleneck.
If you've passed FRR for another function and are moving into compliance, you only need CFC — buy it on its own at £49. The bundle only saves you money if you need both.
CFC stands on its own anywhere as an AML/CFT credential — POCA offences, MLR 2017, JMLIT, ECCT 2023, FATF standards. But UAE FRR is specifically the onshore UAE rulebook, so outside the UAE you probably want CFC alone, or GFC for the broader international compliance framework. Note that DIFC and ADGM run separate regimes from onshore UAE.
Two sensible orders. Pick whichever suits your calendar:
Best if you already work in AML or KYC. CFC is the shorter paper (50 questions, 1 hour) and you'll have day-job context for its operational chapters, so it's a quicker first win. Then give FRR the longer run it needs.
Best if you're already working to the UAE rulebook and the AML detail is the newer material. FRR's Chapter 5 is AML/CFT, so finishing it leaves you warmed up for CFC rather than starting cold.
Assuming 8-10 hours per week alongside a full-time job: 11-14 weeks total for both sequentially. FRR is the heavier of the two — 680 questions across 8 evenly weighted chapters, so there's no shortcut chapter to skip.
Adds RFS, so it covers both the compliance and the risk-management functions. Save £28.
If you already hold UAE FRR from another approved function.
The paper every approved function needs, if your second exam isn't CFC.
When you buy the UAE Compliance Officer Pack, Gumroad emails you a single license key. Paste it at finstudyhub.com/unlock and both UAE FRR + CFC unlock in your account — no separate keys, no separate purchases.
The SCA's published Qualifications-Led Licensing Regime chart lists UAE Financial Rules and Regulations plus Combating Financial Crime for both Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance. That chart carries SCA branding and predates the regulator's rename to the Capital Market Authority on 1 January 2026, so confirm current requirements with your firm's compliance team before booking. We are an independent prep provider, not the regulator.
Yes. Access doesn't expire. If you're only sitting CFC this year and UAE FRR next year, that's fine — both courses stay unlocked forever.
Email us at hello@finstudyhub.com — we'll credit the difference against the bundle price if you want to add the second course. It's typically faster to just buy the second course individually at £49.
The £19 saving vs buying separately is the built-in discount. We don't currently run standalone codes on top.
Purchases aren't refundable once the licence key is issued — you can try free questions in every chapter before you buy. If something is faulty or not as described, email hello@finstudyhub.com and we'll put it right.
Yes. When we add new questions, refresh explanations to reflect regulatory change, or update the cram sheet, your access carries the updates automatically.
